I'm Dr. Kuan-Yu (Kuan) Chen (he/him)!
I'm a board-certified family medicine doctor and a die-hard New Yorker by way of Taiwan. Growing up in both places, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for both cultures, but New York City is where I truly belong. Fluent in Mandarin, I connect with people from all backgrounds, providing culture-sensitive care that makes every patient feel respected and understood.
Having seen the flaws in traditional healthcare—long waits, rushed visits, and lack of personal connection—I founded U Care MD to offer accessible, affordable, and personalized care. My focus is on building strong patient-doctor relationships and providing high-quality, comprehensive care tailored to your unique needs.
